We originally started appraising apartment properties in the Chicago market in the late 1990’s. Most of these properties were two to three-story walk-up buildings ranging in size form six to thirty units. While we still work in this market, our service area has expanded as we have moved our office to Michigan. We continue to provide appraisal services on these smaller properties but also have appraised apartment complexes with over 300 units in Grand Rapids, Michigan and South Bend, Indiana.
